CLUTCHS,

this is a c clip its used to give you some free play, i learnt that you need atleast 20mm of free play for good clutch engagement,

this is where the clutch wire goes,

this is the clutch wire, this was quite easy to get off.

to get to the clutch we had to take the gearbox off, one person was holding it while two people un did the bolts, and once the gearbox was it was quite simple.

this after we got the gear box off, and now we access the clutch housing, and start taking that off.

thier is the gearbox and the input shaft for the gearbox,

this is your clutch plate and clutch housing, we had to be really careful taking the clutch housing, because we didnt want the clutch plate falling on the floor and being damaged, but once we got it out, we saw chips on the clutch plate it was in pretty bad condition.

this is the fly wheel, we found not faults with it.

this the gear box inputshaft, but we call it a dummie shaft to make sure everything is in a straight line, we can fit the gearbox correctly, over all, we found noo faults with our clutch expct for the chips from being droped,
